Dear readers,
Firstly, thank you all for reading The Leopard. Over the past year, it has grown more than I could have hoped and generated all sorts of interesting conversations and connections.
Fear not, The Leopard isn’t going anywhere. I’ll keep sharing my occasional thoughts on Europe’s place in a changing world, along with Dorotea’s delightful illustrations.
I’m just interrupting the normal service to advertise a new publication that I launched today. It’s called The Sentinel and it’s all about Europe’s rearmanent.
For now, I’ll be publishing a weekly round-up and analysis of news on this topic. I’ll soon be adding op-eds to the mix (and if you know anyone who’d be a good fit, please put us in touch).
In the longer term, I’m working with a couple of partners to build something much more ambitious, with a premium B2B offering and a line in events.
For that reason, I’ll be holding The Sentinel entirely separate from The Leopard. This is the one and only cross-post. So if you’re interested in the story of Europe’s rearmament, please head over to The Sentinel and subscribe. The first edition is here:
Best,
Sam
